1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tc444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this platform ("User", "you", "your").

tc444 is an online casino and betting platform operating for the Bangladesh market. By registering on or using this platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

When registering with tc444, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information gives us the right to cancel your account, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
• Lending or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Take adequate precautions when keeping your tc444 account logged in on your device.

3.3 Account Closure

If we determine that an account has violated these Terms — such as through fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or bonus abuse — tc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tc444 is ৳500. We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing via another person's account or through third-party methods is prohibited.
• Attempts to deposit through methods other than those approved may result in the transaction being rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, some delay may occur if identity verification is pending or a security review is required.

• Verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• We reserve the right to hold or cancel a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on tc444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tc444 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, the bonus will be capped at ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw funds received as a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies once per user.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus abuse (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system) is a serious violation of our Terms and may result in account cancellation.
• tc444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of fraudulent bonus claims, we reserve the right to forfeit all related winnings.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

tc444's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Progression to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and consistency on the platform. Your account must remain active and in good standing to receive VIP benefits. tc444 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP cashback at any time.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

tc444 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, use of bots or automated software.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the system or games.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing unusual bets or transactions by exploiting any technical error on the platform.

If such activities are proven, the relevant account and balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, that part will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue to be fully in force.
